You must use a lime replacement additive for use in setting block. We stock Gibco’s MRF and Easy Spread. Ultra Mortar (the red, white, and yellow bag) weighs 70 pounds and there are 48 bags on one pallet. Ultra Mortar has plasticisers mixed into the bag. No additive is required accept of course for the sand. One yard of sand and ten bags of Ultra Mortar will set approximately 600 blocks.
